    Jeff Kelso came out to repair/open the lock assembly on an exterior Patio French door that would not disengage or open. What a true Profesional. Was able to open the door, remove and disassemble the the locking mechanism that runs the full length of the door and he was meticulous in diagnosing and ultimately repairing the pin that was sticking and causing the problem. He reassembled the door latch and lock, and assured everything was working again to give us our access to an exit and security of knowing all worked correctly. He was so patient and thorough.
