This was a super last-minute situation and I needed help taking apart a bed I had absolutely no idea how to disassemble, but he made the entire process feel stress-free from the start. Not only did he take the bed apart quickly and carefully, he also carried everything downstairs without any issues. I had also mentioned that I wanted to change my deadbolt lock, but being very new to all of this, I had no clue about sizing, brands, or what I even needed. Andre was incredibly patient and helpful. He asked a few questions, and when I didn’t know the answers, he simply said not to worry and even went to check the neighboring units to figure out the correct sizing himself. The very next morning, Andre arrived just before 8 AM ready to get started. I also mentioned wanting to move a couch and a few miscellaneous items into the garage for storage, and without hesitation he called his colleague Stephan, who came over right away to help. Together they moved everything carefully, organized it in the garage, and even covered everything up to protect it while in storage. The efficiency, professionalism, and quality of work from both Andre and Stephan were truly above and beyond. On top of that, they were both just genuinely kind, respectful, and trustworthy people who made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.
