In a world where companies routinely don’t answer your calls, nor return them, this company is the real deal! I had a rotted widow sill that I wanted to repair before winter. I saw a Mr Handyman ad in a local business flier, left my contact info on their website, and got a call back immediately. I got and accepted their estimate, and the work was started the next day. Turns out that Brad, who estimated and did the work, is a carpenter with 28 years experience. Before he arrived, the office sent a notice that he was on the way, and included his picture with details of his specialties and other facts about him. My wife noted that Brad did a beautiful job, with attention to detail. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. So, will I use Mr Handyman in the future? Absolutely. I’ve already got some jobs in mind!

Nick and his coworker did a superb job of repairing and updating our deck, including a new set of stairs. Parts were 40 years old and larger parts were newer but damaged. They removed what we asked, advised on options with skill and experience. They worked with us on our budget and created a deck I love more than the original! Once we stain next spring, it will look even more awesome. Nick is very easy to work with too, great guy!
