Residential Grab Bar Installation

It was very easy to call and get an appointment set up for an estimate for mounting a mail box onto the side of my house as well as fixing a broken sliding glass door handle and lock. Jose was friendly and professional. He had the estimate done very quickly and was able to mount the mailbox the very same morning. He was thorough with explaining my options with the sliding glass door and is doing research to find the right replacement handle/lock as I purchased the wrong one. They charge an hourly rate so I recommend filling the full hour if you can. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and will have them fix my sliding glass door handle once Jose has found the right one.

I had two deck steps replaced. Timely, excellent work done at a fair price! I will hire again.

Greg King has helped us multiple times from Mr. Handyman. Each time he does wonderful, responsible work no matter how difficult or challenging the environment. I am responsible for my elderly Mom’s property but don’t live there. He listened carefully to my goals for the property and as long as he is in charge of the project, I know I can count on high quality work. We consider him a valuable partner in maintaining that property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or ask for his help again. Update 1/16/26 We needed additional work done , this time plumbing work. Both Greg and Jason on site. Greg there initially and Jason provided the plumbing work. Again, we were very impressed by the work done by Jason. There was a significant leak involved and Mr. Handyman staff were on site in less than 24 hours. The “support staff” or call center crew, Shellie and Linda are always available to answer questions and get the help you need arranged. I have been frequently updated, always notified of changes. FOR THOSE OF US WHO REMEMBER WHAT GOOD SERVICE USED TO LOOK LIKE, MR. HANDYMAN (of Cincy) SNATCHED ALL THOSE GOOD PEOPLE UP!! Shellie, Linda, Greg and Jason all know what good service means. Not only are they polite, efficient and knowledgeable but they take service to the next level by listening closely to their customers, being genuine and kind. Former customers probably break things on purpose just to have an excuse to call Mr. Handyman of Cincinnati. From two very grateful customers.

Had Mr Handyman out to repair a light in the shower and replace a faux vent that was WAY UP on the house that had blown out. Their tech Tony was great to work with! I even gave him a “pass” to not deal with the vent issue today due to the cold and wind going on (winter weather advisory). He took on the challenge and got it done! Very reasonable price (better than quoted by a roofing company) and done efficiently. Communication with the home office was great too with text updates. They offered to come out the next day (which my schedule didn’t allow) but from first call to finish was 3 days! This company was really great to work with! 10/10. Thank you!
