I had a fantastic experience with this company. They arrived the day after I contacted them, provided a very fair price, and completed the work in just one day. I even requested some extra services, and while they apologized for the additional charges, which I was fully expecting, I appreciated their transparency. Having dealt with many service providers in Niagara, I can say that most tend to overcharge and add extra costs without justification. Over time, I’ve learned to trust only certain companies, and this is one I will rely on repeatedly and tell others to use! If you want reliable, high-quality work from friendly, trained, and competent staff at fair prices, this is the company to choose. I was thrilled with the work they did and with how they helped me out with the things I couldn’t do and didn’t have time for!

Peter did an awesome job! He fixed things and did the baby proofing work we needed. He was flexible and we were also able to add a couple of items to hang on the wall. We are extremely satisfied!

I couldn’t be more happy with the work that was done. When I called today I spoke to a very friendly gentleman. He squeezed me in today on a cancelation appointment. When Andre first show up he was so pleasant and easy going with an air of confidence. Andre explained everything and I was thrilled to hear he could do the work right then. I needed my quartz countertop in my laundry room cut shorter to accommodate a new washer/dryer. He was so good to show me what he was doing and made it look so easy (but it wasn’t at all). Siavash came in to fix a virtually unusable sliding closet door in our bedroom that a previous vendor was unable to install correctly a few years ago due to some alignment issues in our building. Not only did he have the knowledge of what exactly needed to be done to fix the issue and the ability to do it (which quite honestly we weren’t even sure was going to be possible), he did it well and gave great customer service the whole time. Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future if needed.

As a woman it’s hard feeling safe sometimes having handymen or maintenance workers in my home, today was completely hands down the most comfortable I have ever felt having someone in my home doing work! Guillaume was so sweet and really went out of the way to be just awesome with my sister and cats, besides that he obviously knew what he was doing for the repair and did so very professionally and quickly!

I had them out to fix some stair noses which were coming loose. It wasn't rushed and fixed perfectly even down to re staining the worn wood. All the other steps were checked for safety. So nice to know nobody will wipe out on the stairs. The squeeking of my front door was voluntarily fixed by tightening the screws in the hinges. I will definitely rehire for my little jobs.
