I had a fantastic experience with this company. They arrived the day after I contacted them, provided a very fair price, and completed the work in just one day. I even requested some extra services, and while they apologized for the additional charges, which I was fully expecting, I appreciated their transparency. Having dealt with many service providers in Niagara, I can say that most tend to overcharge and add extra costs without justification. Over time, I’ve learned to trust only certain companies, and this is one I will rely on repeatedly and tell others to use! If you want reliable, high-quality work from friendly, trained, and competent staff at fair prices, this is the company to choose. I was thrilled with the work they did and with how they helped me out with the things I couldn’t do and didn’t have time for!

Serge & his team are incredible. I couldn't say enough about their quality of service, professionalism, honesty, & workmanship. I've now hired them multiple times for various projects & every time, everything goes seamlessly- no surprises, no unnecessary delays, and I'm always pleased with the results. Phenomenal experience Couldn’t ask for better service

The entire experience was flawless. There was good communication; the gentlemen who did the work were friendly, efficient and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone needing anything to be done around the house!

Serge and team did an excellent job fixing a window well and caulking/trim around main window at my property. They are quick to respond, and efficient in getting the job done fast and with good quality.

All I can say is that I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Sam and Serge are great At what they do, they were able to fix everything on my list and more. They didn’t in a more reasonable timeframe and Adam more than reasonable price! I highly recommend their services for anybody who has a job or big job and everything in between!

I would highly recommend Mr. handyman. They were very prompt, organized and their work was great. Serge came the same day we called to provide an estimate. He was very organized, taking detailed notes and pictures (which made work the day of go very seamlessly). Sam and Eddy came to do the work. They were hard working and respectful of the house (cleaning up after jobs, taking shoes off, etc.) and asked clarifying questions when needed. My husband and I were very impressed with their work and company as a whole. We will have a new list for them again soon. Would 100% recommend!
