We have used Mr Handyman West Calgary three times now over the past year or so.All great experiences, all great, professional work done, all great people to deal with. Will use again We contacted Mr Handyman after a private contractor bailed on our job. We discovered them in a web search and they seemed good. They responded very quickly to our quote request and after a conversation discussing the job and the potential trickiness of the job I sent a few photos of the area where we needed the work (we needed a partial deck deconstruction to facilitate a window replacement) we received another call with the quote. It was more expensive than our original contractor but it did seem in line with the job. Our Handyman showed up on time, was professional, friendly and very competent. We discussed the job and he came up with a better solution and he started work. We hit a small snag but again, after discussions we found a solution and the work was completed under time and under the original quote. I would not hesitate to use Mr Handyman again at all. As a matter of fact after the window work is done I will be using them for the deck reconstruction. Adding as I just had them out to reassembled deck and the job they did was fantastic. Will use again in a heartbeat. Great job, great people.

I believe it’s my 3rd time using their services, and it’s always been such a good experience from start to finish. When you call their customer service, she is pleasant, professional, detailed, and accommodating. They are very organized with scheduling and very timely. I love the text message appointment confirmation, technician picture, and technician profile. It’s such a good idea. It’s very cute but practical! It ensures the safety of customers so they can verify the person they’re letting in their home is the actual technician from the company. Plus, it’s nice to see a personal description of what they are like and their values. The technicians we’ve encountered so far are very capable and efficient. And finally, the invoicing/billing and processing of payment was seamless. Done and done! Their price is decent and honestly for the quality of service they provide, it’s worth every penny.
