John McCrea fixed a pocket door that had never worked properly. This was a condition of a condo sale and he rearranged his schedule to meet our short deadline. He tried every trick possible to fix it without major work, but ultimately had to remove drywall to access the track, which had been improperly secured by the original installer. When he was finished, there was no damage visible as he did an excellent job of repairing the drywall and painting the wall.

From the scheduling technician Shelby to the in-person service expert Brent, my experience with Mr. Handyman has been the best I could imagine. When I found wood rot in the exterior of my window trim, they heard the alarm in my voice, calmed me by fitting me into their busy schedule and even rebooked me when my work schedule conflicts interrupted their services. I would hire and rehire Mr. Handyman anytime I need help around my home. I live alone and can't do everything by myself. If you are looking for a great company this is the one! Shelby said it would be a week before we could get an estimate done, but then called us back to say that someone could come that day to do an estimate. Peter came to do the estimate and was very prompt at getting it to us. We then called to book the work , Pepe came 2 days later and explained what he was going to do, offered some suggestions and finished the work professionally and promptly that day. Everything was cleaned up and ready for use. All of the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful, and we will not hesitate to call again.

I contacted Mr.Handyman to tackle a few little projects in my home that I just wasn’t sure how to handle. First impression I was pretty impressed was the safety measure they take in sending you a photo of your technician before they arrive to your house. Paul Jewell was sent to quote and complete the work. Paul was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable in the wide variety of issues I had. He quoted me on the spot and had the work completed in only a few hours! The work was seemless and Paul did it all with a smile. I will be contacting Mr. handyman and asking for Paul if any new issues arise in the future!
